Overview
This article introduces the main layout of the Hyver interface so you can quickly find your way around. Whether you're checking dashboards, creating mitigation plans, or reviewing findings, knowing where everything is located will help you get more done, faster.
Main Areas of the Hyver Interface
Navigation Bar (left side)
This vertical bar gives you quick access to all key Hyver features. Hover over each icon to reveal its label. Here’s what each icon does:
Risk Dashboard
See an overview of your organization’s current exposure and cyber risk.Findings Dashboard
Track the status of security findings and monitor progress across multiple security domains. Useful for team reporting and budgeting conversations.Mitigation Graph
Visualize attack routes to your business assets, identify critical paths, and explore the relationships between vulnerabilities.Maturity
Access the Maturity Assessment tool, based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.Cost of Breach
Open the Cost of Breach calculator to view your organization’s financial risk from potential breaches.Plans
Create, prioritize, and track mitigation efforts. Plans include related findings and remediation assets.Findings
View and manage all findings — whether imported, discovered, or created manually.Assets
See the systems and components (servers, IPs, etc.) that make up your organization’s infrastructure.Engagements
Set up or manage engagements, which define the scope of assessments and findings.Reports
Generate and export reports with exposure metrics, risk insights, and progress summaries.
Menu Bar (top right corner)
Notifications
View alerts for key events — such as new findings, assessment status changes, or mentions in comments. Click a notification to go directly to the relevant page.User Profile
Click your initials to access Settings or Log Out.
Work Area (Settings panel)
This is where you interact with Hyver’s tools and data — based on what you selected in the navigation bar. The content here changes dynamically to reflect the section you’re working in, whether it's dashboards, assets, findings, or a report.
Important notes
Only authorized users will see certain features based on their role.
Some icons (like Mitigation Graph or Reports) may remain inactive until data is available.
You can always return to the Risk Dashboard as your starting point.
