Updated over 5 months ago

Overview

The Risk Dashboard gives you a real-time snapshot of your organization’s cybersecurity posture. This article explains what you’ll see on the dashboard, how the widgets work, and how to rearrange them to suit your workflow.
To get the most from this dashboard, make sure your business assets and threat data have been defined during onboarding.

Accessing the Risk Dashboard

  1. Click the Risk dashboard icon in the left navigation pane.

  2. The Risk Dashboard opens, displaying an overview of your current security status, risk exposure, and mitigation progress.

What You’ll See

The dashboard includes multiple widgets, each showing a different lens on your organization’s cyber risk. These cover key dimensions such as:

  • Likelihood: The probability of attack success, based on actual findings and attack paths.

  • Cost of Breach (CoB): Potential financial impact if specific findings are exploited.

  • Business Asset Importance: Prioritization of assets based on value and risk:

  • Exposure: Your current level of risk, combining breach likelihood and business impact:

  • Mitigation: Progress and effectiveness of mitigation plans:

  • Maturity: How well your cybersecurity capabilities align with the NIST framework:

Each widget uses different visualizations to make these complex relationships easy to scan and understand.

Rearranging the Widgets

You can personalize the layout of your dashboard:

  1. Click and hold the drag icon at the top of any widget:

  2. Drag the widget to a new position.

  3. Your new layout is saved automatically and will be used the next time you return.

Important notes

  • If business assets or threats haven't been configured during the onboarding process, some widgets may appear empty.

  • Risk calculations depend on validated findings, business asset definitions, and red team activity. Incomplete inputs will reduce visibility.

Wrap-up / Next Steps

The Risk Dashboard is your launchpad for understanding cyber risk in business terms. It gives you the context to take action — or dig deeper into specific areas like mitigation planning or maturity scoring.
Feel free to customize the view to match how you like to work. It’s built to flex around your role.
