Overview
This article explains how to use Hyver’s AI features to improve the clarity or brevity of a finding’s text.
From the Overview tab, you can generate suggestions to rephrase or shorten the content in either the Summary or Description field — helping you quickly refine technical language for broader audiences.
Steps
Open the finding
Go to the Findings list and click a row to open the details in the right-hand pane.Go to the Overview tab
In the Overview tab, locate the Summary or Description field:
Then you can:
Use the AI tool
Click the AI icon next to the field you want to improve. This opens the suggestion box:
From there:
Select Rephrase to improve tone or clarity
Select Shorten to create a more concise version
Review the suggestion
The dialog will show a revised version of the text. You can:Click Insert suggested text to apply it
Click Cancel to close the box without changes
Or enter your own version before clicking Insert
Error handling
If an error message appears, you’ll have the option to go back and retry the suggestion process:
