Overview
Hyver’s Maturity Audit feature records every change that affects your maturity scores. This audit trail provides transparency and accountability—essential for understanding how and why your maturity data evolves over time.
What the Audit Tracks
Whenever a maturity-related value changes—manually or automatically—Hyver logs the following:
Who made the change (user or system)
What changed (e.g., maturity level, fixed finding score)
Previous value → new value
Date and time of the change
This allows teams to see not just what was updated, but also the exact impact of the update.
Examples of Tracked Changes
Manual change to a subcategory maturity level
Editing the maturity level of a fixed finding
Score recalculations triggered by changes to linked assets, findings, or statuses
Viewing the Audit History
All users can view the audit history
If a user lacks permission to view a specific finding, they will see a placeholder instead of the finding name (e.g., "Change recorded for a restricted finding")
Wrap-up / Next Steps
The maturity audit helps your team understand the “why” behind every score. Use it to verify changes, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and support governance processes.
