Customize notification email content

How to show or hide finding and remediation asset names in Hyver email notifications.

Overview

This article explains how to adjust what details are included in email notifications sent from Hyver. You can choose whether finding names and remediation asset names appear in the email body.

This setting applies globally to all notifications sent from your organization.


Steps

  1. Open Notification Settings
    Click the Settings icon in the top navigation bar, then go to Notifications.

  2. Click the Settings button
    In the upper right corner of the Notifications page, click the Settings button:

  3. Select content options

    • You’ll see two checkboxes:

      • Include finding names

      • Include remediation asset names

    • Select one or both, depending on what you want included in emails:

  4. Click Apply
    Your selection will take effect immediately for all future notification emails.


Important notes

  • This setting affects the content of all email notifications across your organization.

  • It does not apply retroactively to previously sent emails.
