Updated over 5 months ago

Overview

This article walks you through creating a custom Findings Page View in Hyver.
If you’ve filtered and arranged the page just how you want it — columns, sort order, and more — you can save it as a personalized view to reuse anytime.

Steps

  1. Open the Findings page
Click the Findings icon in the left-hand menu.

  2. Apply your filters
Set up the filters you want this view to include — such as severity, source, status, or date:

Next:

  1. Organize the layout

    1. Drag and drop column headers to rearrange their order.

    2. Use the up/down arrows in any column header to sort data.

    3. Open the Column Settings to show or hide specific columns.

  2. Save your custom view
Once your layout is ready, a Save customized view button appears in the top-left area of the page. Click it.

  3. Name your view
Enter a name for this new view in the View name field.

  4. Click Save
Your view is now saved and will appear in the dropdown menu of available views.

Updating or saving changes to a view

  • If you adjust a saved view (change filters or layout), click Save / Update view.

  • Then choose:

    • Update this view to apply changes to the current one.

    • Save as a new custom view to keep the current version and save a new one with a different name:
