Overview
This article explains the Trending Findings section in the Findings Dashboard.
It helps you see which vulnerabilities are most common across the Hyver community — so you can identify widespread issues and check if they’re present in your environment.
What this view shows
The Trending Findings section lists findings that are frequently detected across other Hyver customers.
For each entry, you'll see:
The percentage of customers affected
The status in your organization (Yes / No / Unknown)
The security domain the finding belongs to
How to mark your organization’s status
If the In your findings column shows Unknown, you can select:
Yes – Your organization has this finding
No – Your organization does not
Yes, as Potential – You suspect it exists and want your team to investigate
Findings marked as Potential won’t affect core risk calculations but can be tracked and validated later.
Example
If 54% of Hyver customers have the Weak Password Policy finding and your organization also has it, you’ll see Yes under “In your findings.”
Wrap-up / Next Steps
Trending Findings offer useful context. If a vulnerability is common across your industry or peer organizations, it might deserve closer attention — even if it hasn’t been flagged yet in your environment.
