Q: Will I be charged for using Workato integrations?
A: No. Workato is currently offered free of charge during our beta phase. We will notify all customers before introducing any pricing.
Q: Why isn't pricing defined yet?
A: Because usage patterns vary widely across companies, we're collecting real-world data before setting fair and predictable pricing. This ensures the final model fits both small and large organizations.
Q: What happens when my Cye platform access token expires?
A: The access token used to authenticate the Workato connector has a 180-day lifespan. When it expires, the Cye platform connector in Workato disconnects, and all active Workflow Automation recipes stop running. To restore your automations, you need to generate a new token in the Cye platform (under Settings → Access Token) and then update the connector in Workato with the new token. Generating a new token in the Cye platform does not automatically update the token in Workato — the connector must be updated separately.
Q: How will I know when my access token is about to expire?
A: The Cye platform sends email notifications to the user who generated the token at two points before expiry: 30 days and 7 days before the expiration date. A third notification is sent when the token has expired. Each email includes step-by-step instructions for generating a new token and updating the Workato connector. You can also check your token's expiration date at any time under Settings → Access Token.
