To make sure Hyver works as expected, your environment needs to meet a few basic technical requirements. This article outlines what browser and screen size are supported, so you can avoid any performance or display issues.
Supported Browser
Google Chrome, version 88 or higher
Note: Chrome is the only supported browser. Other browsers (like Safari, Firefox, or Edge) are not currently supported and may not display the platform correctly.
Minimum Screen Size
13.3 inches or larger recommended
A smaller screen may limit your ability to work effectively in dashboards or see graph views clearly.
Important notes
If you're unsure which browser version you're using, type
chrome://version/into your address bar.For the best experience, keep Chrome updated and use Hyver in full-screen mode when possible.
