Overview
This article walks you through registering and logging in to Hyver for the first time using Okta SAML-based SSO. You’ll need to start from the invitation email, and your organization must already have Okta SSO configured in Hyver.
1. Open your invitation email
Look for the email invitation from CYE. Click the link to open the Hyver registration page in your browser.
2. Start registration using SSO
On the Hyver registration page, click Register using SSO:
If you're already signed in to Okta, you’ll be taken straight to the registration form:
If not, you’ll be redirected to Okta to enter your credentials. Once authenticated, you’ll return to the registration page.
3. Complete registration
Fill in the required details.
Click Next.
You’ll be logged in to Hyver automatically after this step.
4. Log in next time
On future visits, you’ll be logged in automatically if you're already signed in to Okta:
Go to the Hyver login page.
Enter your email and click Continue — no further action needed if your Okta session is active.
Important notes
This method is only available if your organization has configured Okta SSO in Hyver.
You must register using the invitation link — it’s tied to your user account.
Okta login must be allowed for your domain. Contact your account manager if you’re unsure.
