Overview
Already using the Cye platform with a username and password? You can switch to logging in with Okta SSO instead. This article explains how to link your existing Cye platform account with your Okta identity provider (IdP), so you can start using SSO going forward.
1. Go to the Cye platform login page
In your browser, open the Cye platform login screen.
2. Begin the SSO login process
Click Log in with SSO:
Enter your email address and click Continue:
Follow the on-screen instructions — you'll be prompted to check your inbox:
3. Confirm the login link
Open the email from CYE and click the provided link.
This step links your existing Cye platform account to your Okta credentials.
If you're already signed in to Okta, you'll be logged in to the Cye platform automatically.
If not, you'll be redirected to Okta to authenticate. After signing in, you'll be taken to the Cye platform.
Important notes
You only need to link your account once — after that, you can log in with Okta anytime.
Your Cye platform role and permissions don't change when you switch to SSO.
Okta SSO must be configured and allowed by your organization's Cye platform admin.
