Access and manage Hyver Settings

How to find and navigate the Settings menu in Hyver.

Overview

This article shows you how to open the Settings menu in Hyver and explains which options are available. These settings let you manage your account, notifications, integrations, and more.

Some menu items depend on your permissions and license level.


Steps

  1. Open Settings
    Click the Settings icon in the top navigation bar.

  2. Choose a category
    From the dropdown, select Findings or any other section you want to configure:

  3. Navigate using the left pane
    Use the menu on the left side of the screen to access different settings. Depending on your role and license, you may see some or all of the following:

    • User Profile – View and update your personal information.

    • Company Profile – Edit organization-level details.

    • Account & Two-Factor Authentication – Manage your login credentials and enable MFA.

    • Changing Your Account Password – Update your current password.

    • Notifications – Set preferences for email alerts and in-app messages.

    • Integrations – Connect Hyver with external tools.

    • Findings – Configure how findings are displayed and managed.

  4. Adjust your settings
    Click any category to view and change the corresponding options. Some changes may require admin access or confirmation.


Important notes

  • The menu options you see may vary based on your role and your organization’s license.

  • Only admins can update some system-wide settings like integrations or company profile data.
