Details

Here are the main tasks you can perform when working with findings:

  • Viewing and Editing Finding Data
Open a finding to see full details — including severity, probability, affected assets, and associated plans.

  • Available Actions on the Finding Details Pane
Take quick actions directly from the finding’s sidebar, such as assigning owners or adding comments.

  • Editing One or More Findings
Make bulk changes to multiple findings at once — such as updating tags or changing status.

  • Changing a Finding’s Status
Track remediation progress by updating the status: Open, To Do, In Progress, Fixed, and more.

  • AI in Findings
Use AI-powered features to suggest priority, flag risks, or auto-classify new findings.

  • Adding Findings
Manually create a new finding if something was discovered outside of automated scans or assessments.

  • Deleting Findings
Remove findings that are no longer relevant, with the right permissions.

  • Sharing Findings
Collaborate by sharing findings with other team members or external stakeholders.

  • Override a Finding
Adjust the default severity, priority, or classification if additional context requires a change.

  • Exporting Findings
Export findings for reporting, offline review, or integration with other systems.
