Overview

This article gives a general overview of how finding data is displayed in Hyver after a finding is created.
Each finding includes detailed information that helps you understand its impact, track its history, and plan mitigation. This view also supports lightweight interactions like copying data and adding comments.

Details

Once a finding has been created — whether through automated scanning, a CYE assessment, or manual input — Hyver populates a rich data set for that finding.

Here’s what you can do in the Findings Details Pane:

  • View field-by-field data
    The right-hand pane displays key fields like severity, probability, associated assets, tags, and more.

  • Copy data quickly
    Hover over any field in the right pane to reveal the copy to clipboard icon. Click it to instantly copy the field’s value for use elsewhere.

  • Navigate through tabs
    Each finding includes multiple tabs for more focused information:

    • Overview – General context and impact

    • Mitigation – Associated plans and remediation progress

    • Standards – Regulatory mappings and frameworks (e.g., NIST, DORA)

    • Project – Engagement-related context and comments

    • Comments – Collaborator notes and internal discussions

    • History – A timeline of changes and status updates
