Overview
This article explains how Hyver notifies you about newly discovered findings and their associated remediation assets.
A red badge appears on the Findings icon to indicate that new items have been detected since your last visit.
Details
A red badge icon appears on the Findings button in the left-hand navigation:
This badge displays the total number of:
Newly detected findings
Newly detected remediation assets linked to those findings
Example: If Hyver detects 3 new findings and each is linked to 2 new remediation assets, the badge may show 9.
The badge is user-specific. It reflects only the findings and assets that were added since you last opened the Findings page.
Once you click the Findings button and load the page, the badge disappears.
A remediation asset is any system, service, or environment where a vulnerability was detected.
Wrap-up / Next Steps
Use the red badge as a quick alert to stay on top of what’s new. Whether you’re scanning for critical findings or reviewing remediation scope, it’s your prompt to check in.
