Overview
This article shows you how to access and interpret the Engagement Board in Hyver. You'll learn how to differentiate active and inactive engagements and understand what information each engagement card provides.
Great if you want a quick look at what’s running, what’s coming up, and what’s changed.
How to access your engagements
In the left-hand navigation bar, click the Engagements icon.
This opens the Engagement Board, where all defined engagements are listed as cards.
Understanding the Engagement Board layout
Active engagements (those that have been activated and are currently in progress) appear on the right.
Engagements that are still pending activation appear on the left.
What each engagement card shows
Each engagement card displays key details to help you quickly understand the scope and status of that project:
In detail:
Name: The title of the engagement.
Type: The type of assessment being performed (e.g., Application, Baseline, DFIR).
Last Updated: The date the engagement was last modified.
Assessment Date/Range: The start (and optionally, end) dates for the assessment.
Created by: Shows who created the engagement.
If created by CYE, this will display Hyver.
If created by someone in your company, it will display that person's name — only visible within your organization.
Frequency: How often the engagement runs (e.g., Only Once, Monthly, Quarterly, Every 6 Months).
Findings Overview:
If the engagement is still pending, its card will also include an Activate button — see [Activating an Engagement] for what that does.
Wrap-up / Next Steps
The Engagement Board gives you a quick, visual way to track which projects are active, what’s coming next, and how your assessments are progressing.
It’s a helpful place to start before diving into findings or managing mitigation plans.
