Overview
This article explains the information displayed in the General Details pane of a Hyver engagement. You'll learn what each field means and how it helps you track and manage your assessment activity.
Use this view when you need a quick snapshot of an engagement’s progress, timeline, and current risk posture.
What you’ll see in the General Details pane
When you open an engagement and click the General Details tab, you’ll see the following information:
Name
The name of the engagement appears at the top left.Note: You can only edit the name before the engagement is activated. To make changes, click Edit while the engagement is still inactive.
ID
A unique identifier automatically assigned to this engagement by CYE.Assessment Type
Indicates the type of assessment being performed (e.g., Application, DFIR, Baseline).Status
Shows whether the engagement is:Active – The engagement has been activated. CYE has begun (or will begin) assessing the organization’s security/risk based on the defined schedule. Findings can now be added by users with the appropriate permissions.
Inactive – The engagement hasn’t been activated yet or has ended (after its scheduled end date).
Findings
Displays how many findings have been fixed out of the total detected (e.g., 1/20 fixed).
Creation Date
The date when the engagement was created in Hyver.Start Date
When the assessment is scheduled to begin.Last Update Date
The most recent date on which any changes were made to this engagement.
Time Schedule
Shows the full engagement schedule — including:Findings Distribution
Displays a breakdown of findings by severity level (e.g., Critical, High, Medium, Low):

The General Details pane is your engagement’s control panel — it keeps the essential information front and center so you can monitor progress and timelines at a glance.
