This article explains how to view the assessment history for a specific engagement in Hyver. You’ll learn what information is tracked, who can see it, and how changes are labeled based on the user’s role.
Use this when you need a clear record of what’s changed during an assessment — and who made the change.
Where to find assessment history
Assessment history is displayed within the History tab of any engagement:
All members linked to the engagement can view this tab — whether the engagement is active or still pending.
What’s included in the history
Each change in the assessment lifecycle is recorded with the following details:
Member name – Who made the change
Changes made by CYE appear as Hyver
Changes made by your team show the individual’s name (CYE will only see “Customer”)
Timestamp – When the change was made
Change details – Shows what was changed, in the format:
Old value → New value
Common types of tracked actions include:
Creation of an assessment
Activation of an assessment
Field-level changes (e.g., scope updates, member additions)
