Overview

This article shows you how to inspect findings and positions within the mitigation graph in Hyver. You'll learn how to access detailed information about each component, helping you better understand your current risk landscape and explore vulnerabilities visually and contextually.

Viewing Findings and Positions

To open the overview panel:

  1. Click on any white space in the mitigation graph:

  2. A pane opens on the right, showing two tabs:

    • Findings – A list of all findings currently visible in the graph.

    • Positions – A list of all positions (nodes) in the graph:

You can click on any listed finding or position to view more details.

Viewing Findings via Edges

You can also explore individual findings directly from the graph:

  1. Click on any edge (the line connecting two positions).

  2. The selected edge will appear black to indicate it's active.

  3. A detailed view of the associated finding appears in the right-hand pane, including severity, remediation assets, and probability.

This helps you immediately understand the context and priority of each vulnerability in the attack route.

Wrap-up / Next Steps

Interacting with findings and positions directly in the graph gives you a deeper view into how vulnerabilities connect β€” and where to act. Use this feature to quickly review your security posture and prioritize critical gaps.

You can continue by editing findings, managing positions, or digging into mitigation planning.
