Available Actions on Finding Details Pane

Access finding-specific actions directly from the menu in the right-hand pane.

Overview

This article outlines the actions available from the menu in the Finding Details pane.
What you can do depends on your permissions for the finding — but if you have the right access, you can manage key attributes and link the finding to remediation plans right from this menu.


Steps

  • Open the menu
    Click the menu icon (⋮) in the top-right corner of the Finding Details pane.

  • Depending on your permissions, you may see options such as:

    • Rename finding – Update the name or title of the finding

    • Delete finding – Permanently remove the finding

    • Add supporting evidence – Upload screenshots or files that validate the issue

    • Edit finding’s probability – Adjust the likelihood of exploitation if you have justification

    • Add mitigation recommendation – Add custom remediation advice tailored to your environment

    • Add remediation assets – Link systems or services that need to be fixed

    • Add to mitigation plan – Assign the finding to an existing mitigation plan

    • Import remediation from CSV – Upload remediation actions in bulk using a spreadsheet

Note: Not all actions will appear for every user. Your role, engagement permissions, and how the finding is shared determine which actions are available.
