Overview
This article explains how to use the Assessments tab in Hyver to review the status of each assessment run within an engagement — including past, current, and scheduled executions.
Helpful when you're tracking progress over time or troubleshooting failed runs.
What the Assessments tab shows
Click the Assessments tab in any engagement to see a breakdown of all scheduled executions for that engagement.
Each row in the list represents a single run and includes:
Status – Whether the assessment is:
Finished
Failed
Scheduled (not yet started)
Execution timeline – Aligned with the engagement’s recurrence (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly)
Example:
If an active engagement is scheduled to run once a month for a year, you’ll see 12 rows — one for each scheduled run. As each is completed or missed, its row will be updated accordingly.

The Assessments tab gives you full visibility into the lifecycle of each engagement. It’s a simple way to confirm what’s running, what’s coming, and what might need your attention.
