Edit a Report Scheduler in Hyver

Manage, modify, pause, or delete your existing report schedules from the Report Scheduler page.

Overview

This article explains how to edit and manage scheduled reports in Hyver. You can make changes to active, paused, or draft schedules, as well as duplicate or delete them. All actions are performed from the Report Scheduler page.

Editing a schedule allows you to update delivery times, recipients, or report templates as your needs evolve.


1. Access the Report Scheduler page

From the left navigation, open the Report Scheduler page.
Here you’ll see a list of all configured report schedules.


2. Select a scheduler to manage

Find the report schedule you want to update.
Click the menu icon next to it to open available actions:

  • Edit – Modify details like name, recipients, or timing

  • Duplicate – Create a copy you can rename and customize

  • Pause – Temporarily stop the schedule from running

  • Reactivate – Resume a paused schedule

  • Delete – Permanently remove the schedule

You can also click on a scheduler to view additional details in the right pane, including the Details and History tabs:


3. Edit based on schedule type

Editing an active schedule

  • Select Edit, make your changes, then click Schedule to apply updates.


Editing a paused schedule

  • Make edits as needed

  • Click Reactivate if you want the schedule to resume


Editing a draft

  • Drafts have more limited options, but you can still adjust key details

  • Click Schedule to activate the schedule when you’re ready


Editing an expired schedule

  • You can choose to Edit and restart the schedule, or simply Delete it if it’s no longer needed


Important notes

  • Only Hyver administrators can edit report schedules

  • Paused or expired schedules don’t generate reports until reactivated

  • All edits are applied immediately when you click Schedule
